Primary Online Application Methods
Method 1: Online via VNeID App (Level 2 Account)
If you hold an active Level 2 electronic ID on VNeID, navigate to the Judicial Services section, select Judicial Record No. 2, enter your delivery address in Vietnam, and complete online payment.
Method 2: National Public Service Portal
Submit your application through the National Public Service Portal (dichvucong.gov.vn) targeting your provincial Department of Justice (Sở Tư pháp). Upload scanned passport and citizen ID cards.
NAATI Certified Translation
Once the hardcopy or verified digital certificate is issued, it must be translated into English by a NAATI-accredited translator before submission to the Department of Home Affairs.
